2018 Jingle Bell Angel

Materials:

   Metal jingle bell, approx. 1 1/4", silver or gold

   White pearl bead, approx. 7/8, with hole

   Approx. 10" 24-gauge wire

   12 - 4mm beads for halo, silver or gold to match bell

   Approx. 12" ribbon, 7/8" wide

   String or wire to form hanger

• Fold wire in half and slip through loop at top of bell.
• Thread wire through hole in bead to connect the pieces.
• Thread beads onto wire above head to form halo; twist wire tightly to hold all in place.
• Use ribbon to tie a bow around the neck of the angel to form wings.
• Attach hanger to back of halo.

2017 Cork Angel

Materials:

   Cork (patterns suggest wine corks; we non-drinkers can get corks from craft suppliers)

   Wooden bead for head, approx. 3/4" or whatever fits smaller end of cork

   String of small gold beads

   Glittery gold craft paint

   Approx. 5" wired ribbon, approx. 3/4" wide

   String for hanger

   Hot glue gun

• Paint cork with gold paint; let dry.
• Glue bead to smaller end of cork.
• Glue string of beads around neck of angel.
• Fold ribbon, gather where ends meet in center; glue to back of angel.
